About John Higgins:
20 years experience in Banking and Financial Institutions, working both in the lending and management side of building societies and banks as well as working in the Financial Adviser role. Independent Financial Advisor for an international bank where I advised many sorts of clients, both corporate and personal, including some well know celebrities and international sports people.
Holder of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Associateship, a degree level qualification, and this helps me to understand regulatory matters and the workings of banks and building societies.
Advanced Financial Planning Certificate holder including the specialist pension transfer paper G60.
I understand people’s needs a great deal because I am a former Bank and Building Society employee.
I stopped giving financial advice several years ago and I do not offer or supply financial products or advice to anyone under any circumstances. I write for the press regularly and maintain a keen interest in the financial world.
